What is an Active Card
The ACTIVE leisure reward scheme offers free sessions and great offers for everyone.
How does it work?
Every time you present your Active Card when paying for certain activities at Guildford Spectrum, Guildford Lido and Ash Manor Sports Centre, we will credit your card with "metre points" for you to collect.
What can I do with these "metre points"?Once you have collected your "metre points" you can redeem them against certain activities - click here for a full list of the current redemptions and how many metres you need to redeem these activities.

If you are a resident of Guildford Borough your card is FREE (proof of residency, where necessary, will be required). Click here to complete the ACTIVE application form and we will process your card, then you can start collecting "metre points" straight away. If you don't live within Guildford Borough you can still join for a fee of just £5.00, £1.50 for concessionary cards. You just need to come in and speak to Customer Services
How can I check my metre points?Every time you use your Active Card at a Spectrum Leisure Services venue you will be given a receipt which will tell you how many "metre points" are on your card. Once you have Activated your details on this website you will have access to your "metre points" immediately. Alternatively, ask a member of our Customer Services staff to check for you.
Concessionary Leisure Reward Card
The concessionary (Green) card works in the same way as the regular Active Card but has further offers and rewards for those on income support, senior citizens, unemployed (ES40), incapacity benefits and students. To sign up for a concessionary card please bring proof of concessionary status to Customer Services. For a list of the additional rewards and offers please click here.
What if i have lost my card?
We can re-issue a new card at a charge of £1.50. You just need to come in and speak to Customer Services.
